Egg Substitute Recipe List

I recently read this great article on Egg Substitute recipes that I had to share. You can read the article at Tipnut.com.

There are a lot of people that have egg allergies, need to reduce cholesterol, or are vegan that this reference would be great for.

I referred to this article because of my Whole Wheat Pancake recipe, I did not want to use eggs in the ingredients so that I could let the batter sit in the fridge for up to a week. So, I used applesauce instead. It worked great!

Here are the recipes: Thanks to Tipnut.com
