Oven Roasted Cauliflower
One of my favorite recipes is my Roasted Brussel Sprouts. If you have not tried them yet, you must give them a try. You will never look at Brussel Sprouts the same way again.
This is basically the same cooking method, but using cauliflower. Quick, simple, healthy, and delicious. I served it with my Turkey Meatloaf. If you are doing a low carb meal planning this is a great dinner for you!
I would love to hear from you any comments or suggestions are appreciated. Enjoy!
Total Servings: 4 Total Cost: $1.25
1 16 oz bag of Frozen Cauliflower (make sure it does not say pieces)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
