Roasted Brussel Sprouts

I could eat Brussel Sprouts everyday! I love them! Not many people like them, but, if you do this is one
of my favorite ways to eat them. We had them last night, and they are delicious!

Makes 6 Servings Total Cost: $1.50

1 8-oz bag of frozen Brussel Sprouts
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
  • Preheat Oven to 425°
  • Arrange Brussel Sprouts on baking dish
  • Drizzle over Olive oil
  • Sprinkle evenly over all of them Kosher Salt
  • Add Fresh Ground pepper
  • Bake until they start to get Brown almost caramelizing
  • I usually turn them at 30 minutes to get them evenly browned
  • Bake for approximately 45 minutes-1hour
