Easy Alfredo Sauce

Everyone likes a nice creamy cheese sauce. If you are on a low carb diet, this
sauce will be your friend. This makes a great dish for date night. Someone will be impressed!

Once you know how to make this sauce, the ways you can use it are endless.
I thought I would write the recipe for the Alfredo Sauce, and you can add whatever you like.
It also makes a great dipping sauce for breadsticks.

Suggestions of the ingredients I like to add are chicken, shrimp, sun dried tomatoes, peas, broccoli, asparagus, or mushrooms. I like to serve this with bow tie or angel hair pasta.

When I add these ingredients, what I do is cook the meat in a separate pan with olive oil and garlic, then when it is almost cooked, I add my desired ingredients and saute for about 5 minutes. If you use broccoli, just steam it first in microwave, with 1/4 Cup of water for about 2 minutes. Add the ingredients to the sauce, and serve over your pasta. Delicious!

If you are doing Low Carb diet. You can serve this over veggies and meat. You can also serve it over
Spaghetti squash.

Make sure your heat is not too high when making the sauce or it will burn! I would love to hear any comments or suggestions from you. Enjoy!
