Deviled Egg Salad


If you love deviled eggs then this fast and easy egg salad recipe is for you. I am currently joining the clean
eating trend so I use 3 simple ingredients for mine, eggs, a pinch of sea salt and a tablespoon of dijon mustard. Of course you can add diced celery, onion, and some black pepper as well, but plan a little bit more time for preparation.

You simply hard boil 4 eggs, peel and chop, add salt to taste and 1T of  dijon mustard. Mix all ingredients together and serve on a slice of Ezekiel Bread or lettuce leaves. I always try to substitute chips with crunchy vegetables, baby carrots, cucumber chips and cherry tomatoes.

  • 4 Egglands Best Eggs
  • 1 T Dijon Mustard
  • Serve on 1 or 2 slices Ezekiel Bread or lettuce leaves
