Homemade Irish Cream


In time for St.Patrick's Day this is one of my favorites! I like to use a little less

chocolate but you can add yours to taste. It also makes a great gift for the holidays!

It is great over ice or add to your coffee. You can store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. If you are concerned about the egg you can use an egg substitute instead.

1 Cup Whiskey
1 Cup of Half & Half
1 Can of Condensed Milk
3/4 tsp Vanilla
1-2 tsp Chocolate Syrup to taste
2 Eggs or egg substitute

  • Put whiskey into blender
  • Add each ingredient into blender one by one
  • Until completely blended
  • Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks
