Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread/Dip
Here is another pumpkin recipe. Remember you can make the pumpkin yourself,
using the recipe I shared last week, or you can use canned pumpkin. Just make sure it is not pumpkin pie mix.
This is a easy and delicious! It makes a great seasonal cream cheese spread for breakfast bagels or muffins, and a great fruit dip for a brunch. I would love to hear from you! I hope you are enjoying this fall season. Enjoy!
1 Package Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Pumpkin
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 tsp or Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp Vanilla
top with fresh berries
- In a bowl place all ingredients
- Microwave for 1 minute to soften
- Mix well
- Refrigerate to harden until ready to serve
