Cream Cheese Taco Dip

I stumbled upon making this recipe when we were having people over to watch a game at the last minute, and I had very few items to throw some munchies together. Talk about easy...it doesn't get any easier and it turned out to be a hit!

You can throw in some extra items if you have them on hand. Like black olives, jalapenos, tomatoes. But, it is not needed. I served it with a bag of tortilla chips.

Total Servings: 10-12 Total Cost: $2.50

2 Packages of Cream Cheese
1/2 Packet of Taco Seasoning
1/4 Cup of Salsa-optional
1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheese

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Put all ingredients into a bowl except shredded cheese
• Microwave for 1 minute
• Stir mixture until well blended
• Pour into baking dish
• Top with shredded cheese
• Bake for 20 minutes until cheese starts to brown
