Spinach Cream Cheese Pin Wheels

Ingredients:
1 Package of Puff Pastry Sheets
1 10oz package of Frozen Chopped Spinach
1 8oz package of Garlic Herb Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp Ground Pepper-optional

- All Fruit Jam and Cream Cheese
- Diced Chicken, Ham, or Bacon pieces with Cheese
- Sliced Turkey, Brie, Raspberry Jam
- Chopped broccoli and cheddar cheese
- Mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts
- Can of Crab Meat, Cream Cheese, Green onion, and lemon juice
- Little apple pie pinwheels: Brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts, and sliced apples

Ingredients:
1 Package of Puff Pastry Sheets
1 10oz package of Frozen Chopped Spinach
1 8oz package of Garlic Herb Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp Ground Pepper-optional
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Microwave spinach for 2 minutes, Drain and remove all liquid
- Microwave cream cheese for 1 minute
- Lay out puff pastry sheets
- In a bowl combine all ingredients, mix well
- Divide mixture between the 2 pastries
- Spread mixture evenly over puff pastries leaving about 1/2 inch from sides
- Roll the pastry shell up like a jelly roll, press seam to seal
- If you have time, put in freezer for at least 20 minutes, it makes it easier to slice
- Cut into slices about 1/2 inch thick
- Spray pan with Olive Oil
- Place pieces cut side down
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
