Fruit Granola Yogurt Parfait

With all the fresh fruits of summer available this is a simple, healthy, desert, toddler snack, or breakfast meal that most people forget about.

I like to make this using different kinds of yogurts like strawberry, peach, and blueberry. You can by any flavor in the little containers for single servings. Or, if you are doing them for a dinner party buy the bigger container of yogurt in vanilla or strawberry flavor.

I also like to use grape nuts if I don't have any granola available. You can even use granola bars crunched up. I get my mixed granola at fresh market, in the bulk section.

You can just put this in a plain bowl, use a nice wine, or martini glass, or for a larger serving, layer it in a large glass dish and let people scoop some out and serve themselves. It makes a beautiful presentation.

You can make these ahead of time and place them in refrigerator until ready to serve.

I would love to hear from you any comments or suggestions are appreciated! Enjoy!
