Strawberry Pretzel Salad

My friend Kim made this salad on July 4th. It was SO yummy and so easy! I had to have the recipe! This is a great desert to bring to a potluck or family gathering. Thanks Kim for sharing with us! We would love to hear from you if you have something to share. Enjoy!

The Crust

2 Cups Pretzels crushed
3 tsp Sugar
3/4 Cup Butter, softened

The Fluff

8 oz Cream Cheese
9 oz Cool Whip
1 Cup Sugar

The Topping

1 large pkg Strawberry Jell-O
2 Cups Hot Water
16 oz Frozen Strawberries, thawed, with juice
16 oz Can Crushed Pineapple, drained
  • Combine Crust Ingredients
  • Spread into a 9X13 Casserole Dish
  • Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes
  • Blend together Fluff Ingredients
  • Spread over the cooled crust
  • Mix together Jell-O and Hot water until dissolved
  • Add Strawberries and Pineapple
  • Pour the Topping over the Fluff
  • Refrigerate until cold
  • Serve
