Lemon Jello Cake
My friend Sara sent me this delicious recipe. It is a nice summer cake, who does not love lemon cake. Thank you Sara for the great recipe. Enjoy!
1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
1 Package Lemon Jello
4 Eggs
3 tsp Lemon Extract
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Cup Water
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix together all ingredients in a bowl
- Pour into 9 x 15" Pan or Bundt Pan
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes
- When you take it from the oven, while it is still hot, prick with fork
- Now Drizzle Glaze over top the cake
Grate rind of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
- Mix together ingredients in sauce pan
- Bring to boil
- Remove from heat
- Must be runny
- Drizzle over the top of the cake
