No Carb Pizza
I keep getting a request to post this recipe and keep forgetting...this no carb pizza crust and top with whatever toppings you like.
Total Servings 4 Cost: $1.75
1 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese (the kind in the shaker)
3 Eggs or egg beaters
1/2 cup of Shredded Cheddar cheese, I use the Mexican Blend
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese (the kind in the shaker)
3 Eggs or egg beaters
1/2 cup of Shredded Cheddar cheese, I use the Mexican Blend

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Mix all ingredients together
- Spread onto a greased pan (I use olive oil)
- Bake at 425 for about 30 min or until you see it start getting brown on edges
- Take it out, scrape with spatula from the pa (it will be stuck pretty good, so go slow).
- Leave it on pan you just want to un-stick it.
- Then I top with sliced tomatoes, cooked spinach(drained), feta, red pepper flakes, mushrooms, turkey pepperoni, and mozzarella.
- Bake again at 425 until brown
Cheap and sounds delicious, I'm going to have to try this out when I'm off to college. Blog bookmarked :-)
