Growing Micro Greens

I found this great article on Growing your own micro greens: Edible House Plants. It is becoming very popular for restaurants to grow and use micro greens. They are packed with flavor plus lots of nutrients. I have never done this before, but I am inspired now to do a micro green garden. So, I will let you know how it goes for me. It is very inexpensive to buy seeds, I am going to use the tops of egg cartons, with a little top soil. Let me know if you grow your own, I would love to hear from you!
