Lemon-Mustard Baked Chicken Breast
Total Cost: $6.50 Makes 4-6 Servings
4-6 Chicken Breast Frozen (if fresh cut time in 1/2)
1/4 Cup of Regular or Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup lemon juice
1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
Garlic powder, basil, red pepper flakes
4-6 Chicken Breast Frozen (if fresh cut time in 1/2)
1/4 Cup of Regular or Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup lemon juice
1/4 Cup Feta Cheese

- Preheat oven to 400
- Place frozen breast in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder red pepper flakes and basil (As much as you like)
- Pour the lemon juice and mustard over all 4 breasts.
- Sprinkle Feta Cheese on top. Can omit the feta if you want to but makes a nice brown cheesy crust.
- Bake 30 min uncovered and drain some of liquid out that has collected but not all of it.
- Then bake another 20- 30 min until brown.
- Check the center of the breast and make sure no longer pink.
