1lb- Of cut up Beef Stew meat-Frozen or a roast cut into chunks
1-Package of Whole Wheat Egg Noodles-(don't put this in crock pot) One small Onion sliced 1-8oz Package of sliced Mushrooms 2 Cans of low sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Cup of Milk 2 Tbsp ofWorcestersauce 1 Tbsp of Minced Garlic or Garlic Powder 1 Tsp of Black Pepper
In crock pot put all ofingredientsexcept noodles
I have found the key to cooking in a crock pot is to put the meat in Frozen. It adds moisture and water to the meat so you don't have to add it. If you use fresh meat instead just always cut the time in half.
Cook on high for 6 Hours or low for 8 Hours
If you are home stir occasionally.
When done boil noodles and serve over the Whole Wheat Egg Noodles
