Sour Cream Muffins


I have to give Paula Deen credit for these! They are the easiest muffin I have

ever made and SO delicious. They take about 5 minutes. Serve them with jam and your family or company will want more. These will make a nice addition to your Thanksgiving dinner.

If you are having company or want leftovers I suggest a double batch. If you want to even throw in a handful of blueberries for an added flavor.

Total Servings 6 Total Cost: $1.50

2 Cups of SELF RISING FLOUR
2 Sticks of Butter-Melted
1/2 Pint of Sour Cream

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • Spoon into small ungreased muffin tins
  • If using mini muffin pan cut cooking time in 1/2
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes
