With the recession, people tightening their spending due to job loss, or less business. Society is starting to look differently about the way they spend money on a week to week basis for necessities like food and home goods. Now they are realizing how much they have been over spending, and how much they can truly save. If you are like me, one thing that I don't like to do, is go from store to store to save money. I don't have the time for that. In most cases, time is money. It would cost more for you to do that, then to save!

Well, one thing I recently discovered about Walmart is that they will match competitors prices and coupons. So, if you shop at a Super Walmart, take all the ads with you. Winn Dixie, Publix, Albertsons, Target and so on. Shop for what you need, and ck the ad as you shop. Circle with a pen the ad's that are less, such as toilet paper or a certain cereal. Then at the end show them the ad and they will adjust accordingly. No coupons needed. I haven't tried it yet with Buy One Get One Free items. But, if you have let me know....

If you have any tips for our readers on how to save money at the grocery...please leave a comment and share. We would love to hear from you!!!
