Cajun-Style Pork Chops

You can use this spice rub with Pork Tenderloin in the oven, Chicken Breasts, or
even Fish. This is delicious for grilling meat. It is all about the yummy spicy rub! I warn you if you are not into spicy back off on the cayenne according to taste.

For a tenderloin, or more then 4 pieces of meat, I would double the spices. If doing a tenderloin on the grill, or in the oven, brush it with oil before cooking it.

If you like this spice mixture, make a large batch of it, and keep it in an old empty spice container to have anytime you want. Just make sure you label it! :)

I would love to hear from you any comments are appreciated. Enjoy!
