No Carb Pizza

I keep getting a request to post this recipe and keep forgetting...this no carb pizza crust and top with whatever toppings you like.

Total Servings 4 Cost: $1.75
1 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese (the kind in the shaker)
3 Eggs or egg beaters
1/2 cup of Shredded Cheddar cheese, I use the Mexican Blend
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Spread onto a greased pan (I use olive oil)
  • Bake at 425 for about 30 min or until you see it start getting brown on edges
  • Take it out, scrape with spatula from the pa (it will be stuck pretty good, so go slow).
  • Leave it on pan you just want to un-stick it.
  • Then I top with sliced tomatoes, cooked spinach(drained), feta, red pepper flakes, mushrooms, turkey pepperoni, and mozzarella.
  • Bake again at 425 until brown
You can use the recipe for my flat bread to do the rest...enjoy :)
