Vanilla Cake Cookies

One Box Vanilla Cake Mix
1/3 Cup oil (I used Canola)
2 Eggs
Store bought Vanilla frosting
Sprinkles

• Preheat oven to 375°
• Beat eggs, add oil and eggs to cake mix
• Drop by rounded Tablespoonfuls onto Cookie Sheet
• Even better if the cookie sheet is lined with Parchment Paper
• Flatten with bottom of cup dipped in flour (or use your fingers!)
• Bake 6-8 minutes until lightly golden
• Let Cool
• Decorate with store bought frosting. ( You Can add a couple drops of food coloring to make different colors for different holidays)
• Add sprinkles if you want to ;)

If you have ever had them...these turn out like Publix Bakery's cake cookies!
