Dessert Pizza

I love making this in the summer with all of the fresh fruit that is available. I usually use regular prepackaged sugar cookie dough, but you can play around with this recipe and use any kind of cookie dough like chocolate chip, or even peanut butter. If you are feeling really creative, you can make the cookie dough from scratch!

You can decorate this pizza according to any holiday such as 4th of July, use blueberries and strawberries. You can use a couple drops of food coloring into the dough or cream cheese to make them a certain color for the holiday. You can create a theme pizza using toppings for a certain dessert you like such as banana split or smores.

Once you make this, you will want to make it all the time! The toppings are endless, so start creating your favorite. It makes a great desert to bring to a cookout or pitch-in. It will be a hit! Just don't forget your pizza cutter :)

I would love to hear from you any comments or suggestions are appreciated! Enjoy!
