Healthy Banana-Applesauce Bread

This morning I wanted to make a bread for breakfast that was quick, simple, and healthy. There are a lot of things you can do with banana bread!

I am continuing to try and create recipes that people will actually try, because they are not too technical, or full of unneeded ingredients, like oil and salt.

This bread makes a great 1st baby food, it is packed with fiber and nutrition.

If you don't already use Flaxseed Mill when you cook. It adds no additional change to the taste. Most people don't even know it is in there and it is packed full of extra nutrition. I put it in my babies oatmeal every morning.

This recipe can also be made into muffins, if you like, instead of bread.
