Stuffed Mushrooms, Jalapenos or Dip

I use this same recipe for stuffed mushrooms or Jalapenos. Make sure you make double because they are sure to be a favorite!

Total Cost: $4.00 Makes Approx 20 Servings
Ingredients:


1-16oz Package of whole Mushrooms or Jalapenos

1-8oz Package of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp of dried Basil
1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/8 Cup of Crystal Hot sauce

* You can put in 1 can of Crab Meat or Chicken drained.



  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Wash Mushrooms and pull out stems

*I save the stems and chop them up and use them in my Meatloaf instead of breadcrumbs
  • Place them side by side in baking dish
  • In a bowl combine all ingredients
  • Microwave for 1 minute
  • Mix together all ingredients really good
  • Place by spoonful into mushroom caps
  • Shake a little Parmesan on the top of the Mushrooms when they are filled
  • Bake at 400° for approximately 30 minutes until brown

* I use this same recipe, without the Mushrooms, just in a bowl and dip veggies into it like Celery and Cauliflower.
